I’ve completed a new story, Profane Sorority, and been waiting for three weeks for the Amazon Content Review team to approve it. This interactive fiction tracks the decisions you make and your relationships with the other characters, changing the options available to you based on your choices, just like a video game, and all in the e-book format compatible with your favorite e-reader!

They had some issues with the format, because to their automated system, it looks like I just copy pasted the same section a lot (which is how the compiler I wrote for this book works)

There’s some very spicy stuff in it, and yes, it is an erotic horror interactive fiction, which for me means you can make some choices that lead to some very bad outcomes for the main character and her friends. Some choices lead to very good outcomes. There has to be balance in the possible ways for the story to play out in order for that dramatic tension to emerge in this style of book.

I hope they approve it soon. I’ve actually asked to withdraw it, because I really wanted it to be in my reader’s hands before Halloween. As soon as they let me take it out of Kindle Unlimited, or decide to approve it, I’ll publish it and you can start this fun video-game inspired interactive fiction.
